As a Process Engineer you will be working with development of new and improvement of existing final assembly processes in wind turbine blade production. You will be supporting factories’ everyday production across continents and ensuring standardized production across the world through documentation and support. You will be developing processes for new projects, plants and blades and develop documentation for the production processes (work instructions, P-FMEA and risk assessments).

You will be implementing processes at production plants, conducting feasibility studies, testing new processes in small laboratory scale to full production scale, supporting root cause analysis and securing best practice sharing across plants and product portfolio.

The role includes close collaboration with other internal departments e.g. the technology department and the quality department. In addition, approximately 20 travel days a year are to be expected.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for …

It is an advantage if you have industry experience, experience with composites and are familiar with the usage of statistical process control methods. It is important that you possess knowledge in paint, adhesive and/or materials technologies and must be familiar with Risk assessment and FMEA.

You have a structured approach to your work, a flexible mindset and can handle simultaneous assignments without losing overview and have a hand-on approach to problems. You possess the ability to both work independently and in teams and you have great English skills both orally and in writing.

In return of your commitment we offer you…

Become a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come.
